Wellness Walks
My genuine belief is that a nice walk is one of the best ways to start the day. I’m usually on my own or with child but I realised in early 2022 after an impromptu walk with a friend, that a walk and a chat in adult company is incredibly beneficial for head space. With that realisation, Women’s Wellness Walks were borne. Monthly walks, absolutely free, all local to Chichester. Fresh air, a stretch of the legs, a natter (and usually a coffee in hand) really is good for the soul.
